German In-Depth Accident Study

GIDAS is the German study for in-depth traffic accident data collection. The project is sponsored by the Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) and the Research Association for Automotive Technology (FAT), which, based on a cooperation agreement, jointly work on improving road and vehicle safety.
