The energy transition is in full swing; already almost half of the electrical energy is generated by wind and sun. With an increasing share of non-controllable generation capacity, ensuring a balance between consumption and generation in the power grid will be one of the major challenges of the coming years. Flexibility - in the form of energy storage, load management, sector coupling and intelligent strategies - is seen as a key component for the successful transition to a sustainable energy supply.

In the symposium "Energy transition - Flexibilities in the power grid" we want to discuss possible solution options with experts.
