User-centered design for quick help

In the event of an emergency, the SafeNow app gives users immediate access to available help on the ground, whether it's family, friends or professional helpers.

But what alternative solutions could there be for triggering an alarm other than the smartphone display? Which people or target groups have which needs in order to call for help as quickly as possible in an emergency or to feel safer in an unsafe moment?

Students on the Computer Science and Design course develop and analyze various user journeys and use cases in the "User-centered and Service Design" teaching module with the support of their professor and SafeNow employees in order to identify alternative solutions.

The results will be published here at the end of the semester.
